Regus is trash. They stole my retainer balance It was 1800 now is 1200 I will never use this company in my life for business I regret using them. If anybody need in office, I will recommended find something also. they ask for a big retainer amount (Deposit) after your contract is over, they keep the retainer. You think they will give it back to you automatic, but they don't you have to request it. If by any chance you forget to request it well for some reason your retainer balance is going to start going down. after I requested my well it take a month to get it back and its keep going down it was 1250 when I requested it, now is 1200 and i haven't receive yet after 20 days. by the time they give to me is going to probably be way less. Initially, the product sounds great - on paper. Then you get into the contract, and Regus is completely unfair. Even malicious. They charge without permission, overcharge, slam you with fees for printing, meetings, and even coffee, and even charge after your contract ends. Though the staff at this particular location is very nice, the office product they sling is surrounded with hidden contingencies - addenda and clauses favorable to only them. The latest example of this is them charging me $349/mo. for three months AFTER my contract ends for what they 'Business Continuity Service'. Calling to inquire, they told me this fee is for them to hold onto my mail (??!!!? We have had an office here since January 2013, the shared office space has been perfect for us. Both staff and neighbors are friendly, and the view is fantastic! Definitely small-business friendly.
