Diamond Nails

So I came in on Tuesday October 28th at 6pm. It was close to closing time. All I wanted was an acrylic fill and color and one nail replaced. While Linda was really sweet and very professional on everything she did, the color and matte lay over turned out so poor. I have bubbles under the paint and now my nails are already peeling up. You can see how some look matte and then spots of gloss. I usually do my own nails and have for over 4 years. But thinking I could just treat myself I have gotten this. Makes me very mad that I could have messed up my own nails for free. She stated next time she would do them better and again it was close to closing. Just felt like such a waste of money. I wouldnt tell anyone not to go there but I for sure will stick to doing my own free work. Just crazy.

Went for an acrylic fill on my nails. Asked for skinny French tips on all but 2 fingers to have heart design on them. He ended up putting french tips on all the nails, ok fine I wasnt upset. But then when it came to the hearts (Bad Bunny) I stated i wanted them large so the eye and smile could be seen. He did them tiny. When I told him I wanted them bigger he got annoyed with me and rushed thru. Didn't even put the smile like I wanted and the hearts are 2 different sizes. I was very considerate the whole time he did my nails. I loved the shape and the length and on top of it told him I was ok after taking the E file and cutting me not just once but twice. I'd like to say I will go back, but if having the same tech again I would not.

I been coming here for couple months. Always have a great experience. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. I always see Tony and he is really good. He does a great job job every time.

I’ve been a loyal customer here for nearly 5 years after trying several other salons in the area that didn’t compare. I’ve referred many friends and family, visited often, and always tipped generously. Unfortunately, over the past year the customer service and friendliness have declined noticeably, and I’ve experienced questionable practices with upselling and hidden charges. For example, I booked wedding prep manicures and pedicures with my best friend specifically to enjoy the experience together, but we were separated during the service. Despite making appointments over a week ahead & expressing wanting to enjoy our services together the staff could careless. The same thing happened when I brought my daughter for a girls day, pre-booked appointments a week in advance for the same time

I had a terrible day. Ended up with a migraine. So I went home and rested. Late in the afternoon I drive to the usual place in Manteno to get my nails done. I had been a customer there over SEVEN years. They are supposed to be open until 7 pm. I arrived at 5:35 pm. They were closed. No note on the door, nothing. Plus the last few times I had nails done there? They used "no chip". But it still chipped and ruined my manicure, plus each time I went there the price varied . So I searched for nail salons near me. I found Diamond Nails. They got me in within 10 minutes, and I had the BEST SERVICE! The nail te
