I’ve been here before I used to love coming here but this is the second time that I’ve gotten a bad experience this past month. last time I came the guy kept hurting my nails burning me with the drill and cutting my skin with the drill. I came again yesterday to get a fill in and I had different worker this time I remember i jokingly told the lady in the front desk to please give me some who could do this design. It was simple, nothing too dramatic but it was nothing like what I asked for I tried trusting the process while he was doing them but they don’t even look close to what I asked for. If you can’t do a design please just let the client know so they can pick something else that they like and they will end up being happy with. I went in got a no chip fill & I also got a pedicure. My nail polish did not dry on my toes, they dried for an hour (the entire time it took for my nails) when I got home I noticed the polish was already off my toes. They didn't get the color I wanted correct I finally gave up after trying to explain what I wanted. I just agreed to whatever at that point. My no chip has already chipped a day after getting them done. They were rude and I will not go back. I will stick to US Nails. I planned to go get them fixed but decided I'd rather go to my normal spot where I know they would treat me nice and do a great job. It was a gift for Christmas so I had to go there, I had a bad experience before there but could not let it go to waste. Got them done on the 27th of December.

Danny did my nails and did a horrible job. Toe nails on left foot cut crooked. Nails on hands gloppy, and paint didn’t cover whole nail. I had nail polish still on my skin. I said I wasn’t happy with them and he said something to the guy next to him in another language and told me to follow him to the nail dryer. His nails were gross, yellow and unclean.

My normal nail girl is out from surgery, so I decided to give this place a try because of the high reviews I've seen. I booked a "lemon dream" pedicure (regular, not no chip) and a gel fill with designs. Honestly? Not worth the $103 price tag, which didn't include the tip. I had Sara for the experience, and she was pleasant enough, but she didn't talk a lot and just went through the process extremely fast. I was impressed at her speed at one point, but then realized she didn't exactly double-check her work. As another reviewer mentioned, even though I did my pedicure first, the polish came off so fast even 3 hours after the pedicure....on a blanket. Me and my daughter had a great time getting mani pedis. They really were able to replicate the designs we were looking for and they turned out awesome.
