Limber Mind & Body Wellness

I've been taking private Pilates twice a week with Chelsea for just over 4 weeks now. She's been so attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful in my transformation of my body through Pilates. Pilates. I've also taken some of her yoga classes Sunday mornings and they have been so good for stretching and calming the mind. Everyone there at the studio is welcoming, prices are fair, and it's a healthy environment. Finding something like a private Pilates is very difficult in this area so the fact that they offer it is amazing.

Had a massage with Kayla today and it was absolutely divine. She took her time, made sure that I was comfortable, was very friendly and welcoming. I was a little nervous because I haven't had a massage in a long time and she completely put me at ease Cannot say enough good things!

Kayla was absolutely fantastic! I can't recommend her enough. The space was also extremely calming and welcoming. I know a lot of people may be scared to speak up if you don't like something during the session, kayla made me feel super comfortable incase i wanted something different! Of course i didn't because she was spectacular, but it's always nice knowing people genuinely care about the service they give

Limber Mind & Body Wellness is a wonderful, relaxing place! The staff is so friendly! Mel is such a sweet, gifted massage therapist! She makes you feel comfortable from the minute you step in the door. She is knowledgeable and creates an environment to completely relax. I felt calm and rejuvenated and will definitely be back!!

Gage is phenomenal. This was my first massage in a professional setting, and I’m so thankful it was with Gage at Limber. The whole environment is zen and Gage’s hands are magical.
