I wish I could give them 10 stars. I love Devine. I go every 3 or 4 weeks for a triple facial or a mini Facial and massage. Peggy at the desk always makes me feel so welcomed, comfortable, and appreciated. Christina does a wonderful job creating a pampering atmosphere, and it's clear my business is valued. Lauren is my relaxation guru, my magical aesthetician, and a true artist. Her facials and massages are the best I've ever had, and she has taken the time to get to know me. My skin has never looked so good!

I enjoy going to Devine. It's peaceful, waiting area is quiet, music is relaxing. The pedicures I've had stay for a long time. Lots of nail color choices.

[This review is for Devine's pedicure service only.] I've been to at least 10 different Keene area salons over the years, and every experience has been unpleasant. The salon itself is usually noisy, busy, and stressful; my toenails and cuticles get trimmed so quickly that it causes bleeding; the massage is so fast and rough that it hurts instead of being relaxing; I've picked up a nail fungus three times; and parking is often a long way from the salon. So I'm delighted to have found Devine, because it's the soothing, happy spa experience I've been looking for! Flavia was warm and kind, and she did a gentle, terrific job on my nails and feet. All the salon staff were welcoming and cheerful, the spa itself is beautiful and quiet and calming, and parking is free and right by the building. The

The staff is very professional and friendly and the spa is peaceful, clean and lovely. However, I’ve found their products incredibly disappointing. I recently had a facial done and stressed that I have sensitive skin. The facial itself felt amazing, but a day after my service my entire face, chest, and even the back of my neck, broke out worse than it has in my entire life. It’s been almost 2 months and I’m still struggling to clear the acne created by that appointment. I would expect that a spa would use medical grade products after having facials done other places. Maybe that’s naive of me. Again, I really enjoyed my interactions with the staff, they were very kind but I will not be returning for another service.

My granddaughter enjoyed her facial and manicure. Staff is amazing and so friendly.
