I’ve been going here shortly after they opened. Thao, the owner, is very professional and does a phenomenal job. Her staff is professional and are some of the best in their profession. They offer not only lash extensions but Botox, fillers, permanent makeup and other aesthetics.

This place is amazing. From the person who checks you in to the great lash artists, the customer service is top notch. My lash artist Can manages to make my lashes look so natural and does them consistently the same every time and my lashes last until my next fill.

I wasn’t sure how to describe the look I wanted as I have tried to explain at other places but Dep Lashes took the time to sit with me and go through their look book so I could explain in detail and then see what each style would look like! Emma has done an amazing job with my lashes and they look better than ever! They are always friendly and on time and it’s super easy to make your next appointments! Highly tecommend!

I’ve been going to Dep Lashes for almost 6 years ! Back in 2018, I tried another lash business and did not like it. Emma fixed me with a new set @ Dep Lashes (Dallas Pkwy/location that was pre-pandemic) in 2018 and I never left since. I LOVE everything about my lashes, and always get complimented everywhere I go. Emma has given me different “styles” over the years and kept up with the lash trends (spikes, etc.) but always to my liking (full big volume/glam). I cannot ever be without lashes, and stay up to date with my appointments. The only time I was ever unable to have lashes was during Covid, but I returned right away. My lashes have seen me go through so much.

Fantastic customer service. Wonderful technicians. Love this place! Update: I have been coming here for a few years now. I Still love this place. The professionalism and customer service is a bright spot in my life. Something, I look forward to doing as often as I can. This is the one thing I do for myself. Dep Lashes Frisco makes my day amazing. All I can say is thank you.
