Texting my entire appointment and then touching my lashes and face, (SEVERAL TIMES), extremely unsanitary practice, and did the wrong lashes discussed: Upon arrival, we had a discussion regarding the specifics of the 3-D lashes, including the desired shape and length. However, during my appointment, I noticed that the stylist was preoccupied with her phone, texting multiple times throughout the session, which I found unprofessional and unsanitary. Each time she paused to text, she would put her phone down and then continue working on my lashes without proper sanitization, making me feel uncomfortable and concerned about infection risks. Additionally, I noticed that her mask was positioned below her nose, and she definitely had congestion which added to my discomfort as she was in close p

I had a great experience with Amy. She is friendly, caring, and truly attentive to her customers. She makes sure you are comfortable and happy with the results. Her skills are amazing, and her professionalism really stands out. I’m very satisfied with my lashes and highly recommend her services.

I have been coming here for the past 5-6 years faithfully every 3-4 weeks. I’ve seen a number of lash techs come and go. I’ve always been pretty happy with my techs. If I had a problem it was solved without issue. This past year I fault like I just wasn’t satisfied with any of my lash techs. I kept bouncing from tech to tech. The last lash tech that did my lashes kept telling me I had a weird eye shape, it was making it hard for her to do my lashes. NEVER, had any previous lash techs ever told me anything like that, not to mention I was not satisfied with her work, very basic, gasp in the lashes so on. Good run, but poor service and not feeling valued as a loyal customer pushed me away.

My experience was amazing! The ladies at the front desk are so friendly and welcoming. Holly did a great job on my lashes. She listened to me and made sure I received my desired look. I highly recommend Deluxe Lash Studio!
