Horrible experience the girl franchesca .rude and get u in and out . No conversation. Felt like she didn't care about a clients need. Did decent placement in highlights . Did not leave color on long enough. As a master stylist and barber now . I had to color correct my hair . Shes fast but not good . She ripped my knots out like a lunatic and hurt me and did not apologize . Horrible experience . Rough as hell and abrasive for a stylist. Dont think she has alot of experience. As a 30 yr old veteran in this business I feel Groupon says it all .now I have to go to work with brass

Best blow out!! Blowout was in the morning, wedding was in the late afternoon so she pinned it and gave me guidance as what to simply do right beforehand. Looked absolutely amazing for the wedding and at the tailgate the next day. Loved it. Thank you Karen!
