The people at this salon are lovely and very hospitable! However, their customer service sadly does not reflect their hair treatment. It's been a couple years since I've been there but after I found my new salon, I was told I had some of the worst chemical damage to my hair that they've seen and it was after coming to this salon for about a year and a half. My hair was unevenly toned, some parts were purple and some were orange. If you are looking for a salon for color treatment or bleach I would look for another salon.

Deep Passion has the passion to help a person feel great! That's what it's all about for them. They stay up with all the new trends, colors and hairstyles. All the hairstylists are good at what they do, they will listen to how you would like to do your hair and they may make some suggestions as well. The massages that Diane gives are awesome. She'll help you with the aches and pains that have ailed you, you'll leave feeling so much better. Diane is very knowledgeable! Ask her a question, she'll give you some great information. You'll feel like a new person when you leave.

The BEST massage I have had in my life and I’m a frequent visitor to a variety of places. I don’t usually pick one and stay with it because they’re all the same BUT that is not the case with Diane. She’s amazing and I almost don’t want to share this afraid I’ll have to share her time! Also, very easy scheduling online. 5 Stars all day long!

It was my first visit that came about because I asked a total stranger if she knew of a hairdresser that could work with menopausal, corse, fine basically F@#... Up hair. Without hesitation she said Wallie, he is the best and can fix whatever issue you have. She was right. He gave me the best haircut to date. Proof came in the morning when all I had to do was shake it and run my fingers through it. He's my go to from now on. Thanks Wallie.

AMAZING! I went in with severely damaged hair. I had gone to another hairstylist at a different salon and she ruined my hair. I am so glad I went to John Edwards Salon! Dani fixed my hair and made it look so good! She reassured me the whole time, gave great suggestions and is super sweet. Very friendly and courteous staff. I will always go back here to get my hair done from now on. Great prices too!
