Deco Nails

My mom and I have been coming here on and off for years and I've gone to so many salons as I've moved around and Deco is always the best value for the price I've found. The space is nice and welcoming, everyone is competent, they don't grind your nails down till they're brittle, my manicures routinely last weeks, their little complimentary massages are lovely. I'm always looking forward to coming here when I'm in town.

I honestly have no idea what all of these good reviews are about. This is easily the absolute worst place I have ever been in my entire life. We had an appointment for 1:45PM and did not leave until 4:10PM. Kept accepting walk-ins when they didn’t even have enough staff to take care of their appointments. Shapes of nails are horrible, lengths uneven, nails are lumpy, employees were arguing in front of customers, and even other customers were complaining about the wait when they had appointments! “Best in Farmington Valley” what a joke. No thank you, take your money elsewhere please.

I love Deco! 💞 This review is so overdue as I have been a client for at least a decade I think now. I never really leave reviews but I'm such a fan :) Deco consistently is the best place to get my nails done! I literally live in Manhattan and journey back to the homeland here in the Farmington valley to get my nails done! Lol it's actually kind of ridiculous of me but I come back often enough so it makes sense.. I'm dying for them to open a salon in the city. I can only dream! I've been to a lottttt of nice places in the city and have even worked in a luxury nail boutique and forget itttttt....Deco treats you like ROYALTY!! One of my favorite nail places…and I’ve been to a lot of nail salons. I usually go with a basic regular manicure and a lavender deco pedicure… Best value for the money. My nails last about 5-7 days however my pedicure last a month. The shoulder/ neck massage is my favorite part. Definitely by far one of the cleanest nail salons I have been to in Connecticut.

I had the most lovely experience last week at Deco. I called to make an appointment and they took me right on time. I was really impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism considering covid but I felt very safe, and there were plastic curtain dividers between the chairs. Everyone wore masks and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. One of the best pedicures I've had in a while! I had gone to Noelle across the street before but felt they always rush through and never paint my nails very well. Deco on the other hand did not disappoint. I'm going back this week for a manicure!
