I recently had my first Juno experience with Brooke for a brow consultation and tint. Juno studio is immaculate with a chic atmosphere of professionalism and instant belonging. Brooke is genuinely attentive with a sophisticated understanding of the science of skin care. Juno is personalized experience where you are comfortable, understood, and confident. I was a little hesitant when my partner brought me to Juno to fix my eyebrow situation; I’d never been to a place like this, and I felt a little self-conscious. But Brooke and her staff were great, they were warm and made me very comfortable. I really had no idea my eyebrows were supposed to look like this! Cannot recommend enough. Run, don’t walk to Juno.

I had a full set of lashes applied. When I walked out I was extremely happy with them. The next day a couple of lashes fell out. That’s normal. The following day it looked like I needed a fill already. I text and asked if there was anything that I could do to stop them from falling out. She never got back to me. 1 week and $250 later I had no lashes at all!!

I got my lashes lifted for the first time last week and was initially disappointed with the outcome. I wrote a review because I was too embarrassed to speak up at the time. Just 5 minutes after posting, Brooke, the owner of Juno, reached out and offered to fix them. Rescheduling was the best decision I made! Brooke is incredibly passionate about customer satisfaction. She made me feel so comfortable and encouraged me to speak up about what I wanted. We discussed what went wrong, what I envisioned, and how to make my experience perfect. Brooke meticulously worked on each lash, ensuring they were flawlessly placed, and explained the entire process. The experience was not only therapeutic but also felt like hanging out with a friend. Brooke did an amazing job—my lashes turned out stunning!!!

I’ve been going to see Brooke and McKenna for years. I’ve had extensions, lifts, tints, waxes, and facials. I’ve always been so impressed with the professionalism and level of cleanliness every employee has. I wholeheartedly recommend Juno.
