I set up an appointment for a haircut a month ago for January 25th at 330 pm with Rebecca. On the 23rd my appointment was canceled because of the snow storm which I understand. On the 25th I tried to reschedule an appointment and the online service said I am blocked. On the 27th I call up Rooster to schedule again with Rebecca at 930 am today because it showed it was available at the time. The person I spoke with spent more time trying to figure out the online but told me I was set for the 27th at 930 with Rebecca. When I arrived today I entered, spoke with the front desk lady who said that Rebecca was all booked today and then proceeded to get me a cut with another person. So I drove for an hour to get told that what was set up wasn't set up and given a cheap replacement. The cut was

Worst visit and reason to cease being a Roosters customer. I have been a long time customer of Sondra and called to get an appointment. I was told that she was available this morning and so I rearranged my schedule accordingly. When I arrived, I told the receptionist that i was here to see Sondra and to cancel an appointment i had with her for March 11. She said that she would and asked me to wait. I was then brought to another hairdresser without explanation. As i already had rearranged my schedule, I got a haircut. When i asked the receptionist why she played a “bait and switch” she tried to excuse her actions by saying that Sondra’s schedule is more erratic after the birth of her grandchild. I paid for the haircut because the other hairdresser should not be penalized by the rece

I’ve been going to Roosters for several years. I use the stylist Rebecca every time and am very pleased with the haircut and service. I would highly recommend using them!

Got my first cut in about 3 months or so and it was great. Feel like a new man. Sondra listens and gives a great cut. The staff is super friendly and welcoming.

Best haircut I’ve had in years! Visiting from Seattle for a wedding and Mary did an amazing getting me in tip top shape to look my best. Had a stupendous haircut, beard trim and shave. Wish I had a barbershop like roosters and stylist like Mary near me in Seattle! Will be definitely be returning anytime I’m in town.
