This establishment functions like an exquisite Swiss watch. The physician is fantastic. I've seen five different doctors in an effort to discover the best treatment for my mouth. Without a doubt, Dr. Tien was the most competent, kind, and honest physician I have ever seen. I'm very happy I spent the time looking for this location. For excellent quality and outstanding service, the short journey from Rockville/Derwood is worthwhile. The entire crew was amazing and kind. They took good care of my mother as well!

Dr. Tien does amazing work! He took time to do numbing, and I did not feel a thing. The outcome was incredible. Not only that, his bedside manner and kindness were evident throughout my appointment. The office is so comfortable and clean and the staff are superb. I will definitely be going back!

I had such a great experience at DC Surgical Arts! The staff is very kind and Dr. Tien is great at laying out the treatment plan that worked best for my situation. They’re also very transparent with cost and recovery protocol, which eased a lot of my nerves about getting my wisdom teeth removed. Couldn’t say more positive things, thanks such great care!

Dr. Tien did an excellent job extracting my wisdom tooth. It took only a couple of minutes and was done pain free. His staff was very nice and professional. Highly recommend them.

Yesterday I had a complex extraction, a tooth with three Roots. The procedure was quick, in a very professional office. I was a bit sore. Today, I haven't even taken an over the counter painkiller.
