The pictures are one week after my appointment. ONE 👏🏽 WEEK 👏🏽. The appointment was two hours for a full refill. I booked with them out of desperation because I was leaving town. I should’ve protected my time because their standards are significantly low. I used to be a loyal client when Jenna worked there, but the quality now is nothing like it used to be. After my lash fill, I wasn’t impressed, but I didn’t want to complain. Unfortunately, within days, my lashes were falling out, getting stuck in my eyes, and even ending up on my baby’s face, all the time!. I’ve been waking up at night with stinging, irritated eyes and have had to wash my eyes multiple times. I reached out directly, sent more photos, and they never even bothered to respond. Working with DC Lash bar has been a fun and engaging experience. Though we haven't had the opportunity to use their services yet we have had the chance to work along side their engaging team and build a unique custom front desk as well as create and assemble a number of other items for this location. I went DC bar yesterday for my lash lift + Tint with Svitlana, that was my first time too. No complain about their service, I just was very disappointed about the result. She even didn’t do full hour, feel like she was very rushed and not patient enough. And you can compare the photos, the first photo is my lash lift i got done at the Spa K in Rockville and looks so good. The second pic is from DC lash bar and my eyelashes look the same, nothing different. She even tinted my eyelashes twice and it turned out so bad, it looked good after i got done but after that i can’t see my eyelash really tinted and I had to pay $175 just for it and so dissatisfied with the quality!! I had to make an appointment with different eyelash place to fix my eyelashes and def won’t come back! Never ever!

Shaunice gets the absolute best results for my problem lashes. I've tried others and they don't compare. I don't know how she performs lash magic 🙂

Irma is absolutely the most gentle waxing technician I have ever worked with! She's also incredibly talented at lifting and tinting my brows and lashes. I always look forward to my DC Lash appointments and cannot recommend this salon highly enough. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly and the salon itself is clean, well maintained, and aesthetically pleasing. The pricing is very fair for the quality of services rendered. The salon is also incredibly accommodating and communicative if I need to reschedule or add additional services. Thanks for helping me wake up ready Irma and the DC lash bar team.
