I would like to praise the management and ownership team at David Ríos for their professionalism and genuine care. Although my first attempt at the salon did not go as planned, the moment I explained to management what went wrong, they did everything possible, going above and beyond to make it right. That leaves me confident to recommend this salon to anyone looking for coloring services and as a tip try to not get anyone else but Vanessa. Anyone else may not go as you have planned. The atmosphere was so welcoming and cozy, and the staff was very friendly and professional. Ziya is a true artist who listened to my needs and created a stunning color and cut that exceeded my expectations. Ziya perfectly blended my balayage, and the color is exactly what I wanted.

This was my first time ever dyeing my hair, and I was really excited when I found this salon because of the great reviews. I went in about a month ago with a very simple request: to cover all my grays and leave the rest of my hair untouched. Unfortunately, that’s not what happened. The stylist only covered some of the grays, leaving many completely untouched. I reached out afterward to explain the issue and was told I could come back for a complimentary fix—as long as it was “within a week.” I made the appointment within that week, thinking that fulfilled the policy. But when I went in for the correction about a month later (which was the soonest I could manage due to my full-time job), I was charged $140.
