I’ve been to this barbershop twice before and had decent experiences, but this last visit was extremely disappointing. The barber I got this time had a clear language barrier, and I tried to make things easier by showing him a reference photo multiple times. Despite that, it felt like he completely ignored it and decided to experiment with my hair instead. The result was nothing close to what I asked for—it was honestly the worst haircut I’ve had. I left feeling frustrated and very dissatisfied. I understand that communication can sometimes be a challenge, but when you’re paying for a service, the least you expect is attention to detail and effort to understand the client. Unfortunately, I didn’t get that here this time.
