7Feb.2024 My 1st time here and when I called in the lady was pleasant and understanding, so super helpful. When I arrived she came through in such a professional, pleasant, kind, and so manner-able way. Shopping was so wonderful and a beautiful experience. This place is stocked to the gills Will any and every hair care product known to the beauty supply community. You could easily spend coins in here and spend hours in here.

Worse experience ever had they were rude and tried to sell me a wig that was used !!! Then when I asked for discount if I must buy this used up wig made a face and got rude the wig manager and the main manager of the store do not waist your money at this poorly managed facility because they have no real intention on good customer service!!!!

Which I could give them zero stars. I purchased a multifunction waver on Sunday, June 5th, when I got home, it wasn't working. Because I bought it 5 minutes before the store closed, I could not return it, so I returned it on Monday, June 6th. When I got there they told me no return or exchange on electronics, weaves, and multiple stuff. So now not only do I get stuck with an unused not working waver iron but I lost all my money. I had to throw it in the trash. My advice to anyone shopping here, please be careful when buying anything. Ask if the item can return or be refunded. The cash was so mean, no even attempt to help with the item. No sympathy. I was hoping even to get a store credit

Well coking from Philly and now live in this area I can say they almost has it like Philly yes they have a variety of multiple products hair products, beauty products, the most of the hair supply stores in this area
