Da Vi Nails

Today I went in to get a manicure and pedicure. I was overdue for it. These ladies were so nice and made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. They work very hard and do such a wonderful job. I am very happy thank you for taking the time to care about me. The massage chairs are nice as well.

I have always drove to Springfield to get my nails done. One day I didn't have time to go there so I decided to try this nail salon right up from my home. I now refuse to go anywhere else. 1st off, all 3 of the women that work in here are so lovely! I enjoy any service i get done here. They recently got new pedicure chairs in and they are comfy. They go above and beyond on any service. The pedicures are fantastic every single time. The lady that does them, always checks and makes sure you are comfortable and that she's doing it how you like. Both ladies that have done my nails have done phenomenal! They also stay on for longer than expected and I was surprised to see they dont just pop off after 2 1/2 weeks. I have gone 4 weeks and they just stay on. I give it this salon a 5 star because n

Never again! I asked for a fill and a trim down (I had 3 weeks growth and I usually keep my nails short). Without checking how short, she grinded them down to what you see and they’re uneven. Then we get to the gel. She puts the first coat on and it’s bubbling. I tell her that “oh it’ll fix with the second coat”. She has to do the middle nail (the pic where my fingers are crossed) and I tell her it’s not dry when the light goes off. Then her and the girl next to me yell “don’t touch it your nail has oil (just washed them and then started gel). I show them my fingers covered in cured gel and say “well what about all the polish on me”. “Just wash your hands and it’ll come off”. That isn’t how CURED GEL WORKS. Then they both yell my total (yes they still made me pay). And tossed my card at me

I haven’t been here in several years and I was shocked at how dirty and messy the place was. Nail brushes used to be in a cleanser jar and now they are used on the side of the sink. One was on the floor that no one bothered to pick up as well as a towel and various mail products. None of the counters wiped down and nail dust and clippings all over. I should have walked out but I wanted nails for vacation. I am now rescheduling with another salon to fix the horrible acrylic nails I had put on. They were thick, misshaped and looked like a child did them. There were 3 workers and for half of my appointment I was the only one there and the other half only had one person. So no excuse that they were rushed other than they were rushed to get back on their phones and watch videos. I will be calli

I'm very happy about the job done on my nails. I work hard every day. And my hands go through alot of wear and tear on a regular basis. I didn't think there was any hope for me, as I have never had my nails professionally done in my life. I now plan on going back regularly so that my nails can be made stronger. I got the gel paint to last longer. I picked the cat eye effect in a shade of blue called 'Chubby Himalayan'. Its been a week now, and they still look great. I think it was worth it, and I'm staying natural, so that I can make my OWN nails grow and be nice looking. At the very least I hope I've given hope to someone out there who thought that their nails were a lost cause. I'm looking forward to my next visit. 💅👍
