New Nails llc

I absolutely love this place. I see only one tech ( Chow ) . She is attentive and sweet ... she remembers little details about me and always always asks about my day/week so on. Ive been to many places over the years for my nails and no one, and I mean no one has ever pleased me enough to keep me coming back for over a year. She eats every single time !!!! Aannnnddd today even got the cutest bracelet as a little gift on my way out. If you are searching for a good nail tech I absolutely recommend trying this location in urbana !! Justin took great care of my daughter and I. She loved his nail designs the best she has ever had!!! She can’t wait to go back!

Three of my daughters have gotten full sets with designs here by 3 different staff and all 3 were great! Very kind, friendly staff. The designs they asked for were very well done. 100% recommend.

Absolutely do not go here at 5:00. They rush through everything, it doesn't matter who you request, I told her I wanted my nails Square I could tell she was rushing she was getting ready to paint my nails like this. Was charged $45. I have meeting in the morning after working a 10 hour shift. * came back to try to edit to add a picture but it won't let me

Long wait after making an appointment time. Nobody let me know what was going on or how long I should expect to wait. Was told to come back with only 30 minutes until they closed. Left the shop and my daughter fell on the ice covered pavement outside of the location. Nobody came to assist or see if my daughter was alright. Very unprofessional and unsafe conditions from the parking lot to the door. They put an area rug outside on the sidewalk as a way of covering the ice.
