Great Clips

Jennifer did an outstand job whe she cut my hair. She asked if I wanted the length of my usual cut up to the part I have. She made me look very good and well kept. My wife loves the way she cuts my hair as well. I will look for her when I go back.

Disappointed with my recent visit due to poor service and lack of professionalism. I had checked in online and was first in line, but was passed over for someone who hadn’t checked in. Then another customer, who was third in line and clearly upset, was prioritized over me. When the stylist called the next name, she turned to me and—in front of the disgruntled customer—asked if I minded letting him go ahead. I’d been waiting longer and followed the check-in system, but apparently it was more about who made the most noise. I told them I didn’t have time for that kind of treatment and left. I shouldn’t have been put in that awkward position to begin with. Extremely disappointing experience.
