Cute Nails

The worst manicure job I have ever had. Unfriendly, careless, sloppy. I agreed nails needed to be shortened. One snip and I was in trouble. Cut right down to finger tip level. Snipping of cuticles, was painful at times. That’s the last time for me.

Had my nails done @ Cute Nails! Service was superb and professional. The lady was very nice and recommended the best way to achieve what I wanted. I just showed an inspo picture of the nail design and she nailed it.

If I had an ability to give negative stars, I absolutely would. I went there with my 6 yr old for a mani/pedi - and it was her first nail experience at a salon and she was so excited. I haven't gone in a really long time, so I was looking forward to a little pampering myself. The woman who did my daughter's nails did a nice job, even painted a little flower on some nails and on her toes. My "manicure" was absolutely horrible. First it took all of two minutes...my cuticles were not trimmed or pushed back, and my polish was so uneven that it looked like my 6 yr old did my nails. An absolutely horrible & disappointing experience. I have painted my own nails and have done a far better job! Then to top of off, an hour after getting home my daughter's polish came full off on two fingers. And she

Been here twice. The first time was a mediocre experience. Customer service was terrible. Not one person said hello or a smile. Not welcoming at all. Because I didn't get a gel color, the first chip came 2 days later. The second time I went, my manicurist was shy but nice. But when I went to the dryers to sit down, the older lady with a stain near the dryers was very clear she did not want me to sit by her. Of course, she did not say all this in English but it was clear from my manicurist's reaction and the replacement of my items at the farthest fan what had happened. Being a BIPOC woman in MA, you get those types of queues early & often so you learn quickly. That's the last time I go to this establishment. There will not be a third terrible experience.
