I can’t recommend Sarah at Rob Roy Holden enough – she’s an absolute gem! From the moment I sat in her chair, she took the time to really listen to what I wanted (and what I definitely didn’t want). I walked in with grown-out, brassy balayage that I’d been unhappy with for months, and Sarah completely transformed it. She gave me the most beautiful, soft, dimensional blonde that actually suits my skin tone and is so easy to maintain. The toning is perfect – no brass in sight – and the cut she gave me has so much movement and shape; I’ve had compliments every single day since. I had scheduled an appointment with Natasha and I got very sick and had to cancel last minute. She was so understanding and flexible in trying to fit me in her schedule. Im a mom so weekend appointments work best for me, but she doesn't normally work weekends. Natasha took me in on a Saturday anyways and did an amazing job! I couldn't be more thankful to have a new hair stylist who genuinely cares about her clients and her work.

I love this salon! It's the only place my husband and I use! They do it all, including trimming, coloring, complex hairstyling, analyzing hair type, repairing damaged hair, and more, for women, men, and children of all ages. The manager Sara makes sure the shop is clean, appointments are seen on time and walk-ins are welcomed. The atmosphere is very friendly and warm. Everyone is greeted with smiles. The stylists listen to and respect their customers, and build relationships that keep people coming back. Customers are whole people, not just heads and hair! Sara from Holden Rob Roy has been doing my hair for years. She used to dye my hair, cut, and blow dry it. I decided I wanted to go gray naturally and no one knew I was doing it. She did an awesome job. She definitely knows her way around color, cutting, perming, etc. I highly recommend her.

Love the Holden location, have been going there for years and only see the manager Sara. She is always so personable and knows exactly what I need, when booking my appointment. I either get a face framing highlight or full highlight depending on growth. When I first started going there, she had to do a corrective color (I used box dye) and had to fix a horrible haircut I got elsewhere. Since then, she is the only one to touch my hair. I leave happy all the time!
