I’ve been here previously, took my daughter once and her “gel” polish came off the same day so I stayed away for a while and decided to try them again, I was the only customer and my nails looked and held up great this time so I went back again with my 2 sisters, they asked what type of pedicure we wanted so we asked to see the list of prices and details but they said they didn’t have one, so we asked how much was the spa pedicure with gel polish and they said $70 so 2 of us went with the regular instead, since the only additional service was the paraffin wax. I got a fill in with gel polish one sister had a basic manicure no polish and the other a gel manicure. They started rushing everything so we asked what time they closed and they said 7pm it was 6:45. He ignored the design I asked fo

I've been in Virginia since 2017 coming from New Jersey. Custom Nails is the first to get it right on a manicure and pedicure. they got my cuticles right and didn't rush me which most salons do trying to chase that money. Great Job Custom Nails.

Quick and friendly. My pedicure was great but my nails omg. The shape of my acrylic nails are atrocious and the guy I got couldn’t even do a class french tip properly. Nice people. Not very skilled or up to date.

Our experience was terrible... When we first got there everything went fine. When me and my friends sat down at two different desks the man kept asking us what type of nails we wanted, even though we already told them ahead of time what we wanted. I asked for french tips and he kept telling me no you're going to get White. We all ask him for non-gel and he told us to know you're going to get gel it makes them last longer. And they also cut my cuticle.

Dislike my nails. The man who did my nails rushed. Went here because my normal nail shop was busy would not recommend
