I rarely write bad reviews, but this deserves one. I went in with a family member, they tried seating us apart from each other (there was no one else there) and when I said aw man, is there any way she can sit with me the woman mimicked me. My nails were poorly prepared for the ANC, just filed roughly leaving skin hanging off around the nails. She kept grabbing my hands, pushing my fingers down in a less than friendly manner. The polish got all over my skin around my nails, when I asked her if it would come off she said ok and began cutting my skin with a cuticle nipper and the electric file where the polish was which was painful. She nicked the side of my nail with the electric file and when I flinched and pulled back she laughed. Very messy and unfriendly. Some staff seemed friendly, wis

Refused to fix broken and damaged nails, the quality of the work done was far from decent. I will never be returning to this place and then is not worth going for me, but even my friend also had a terrible experience got an infection in her finger I was given attitude when I was asked to fix my nails, which they only made it worse. The nail polish is outside of my fingers. And you can see the glue around The press on tips. If you look at the pictures, you can see all the dents, the scrapes, the wrinkles and everything because they didn’t allow them to dry all the way The nails are on crooked The nails are all different, crooked length some shapes of the nails are rounded some shapes of the nails are square Do not waste your money here

I went in to get a manicure with a gel polish. It was rushed and the girl kept talking to herself. One day later I have already had one nail peel off and many nails are uneven including uneven polish. She didn’t clean up around my nails after so I had to file them myself when I got home: Getting nails done is not cheap!! Very dissatisfied. Will not return.

i’m not one to ever leave bad reviews. i always like to give the benefit of the doubt or find 1 thing positive about a place where i’ve received services but i came here on sunday 5/14/23 for a UV gel fill in and as of last night 5/17/23; 4 out of 10 of my nails have lifted and/or chipped. Usually when i get a gel fill in it lasts about a 3/4 weeks this has literally lasted 4 days. I will never be coming back here again and if u are a UV gel user DO NOT COME HERE unless you feel like wasting money.

Went in for tips and anc, they speak in Chinese there back and forth VERY rude especially when its about an issue that is being had. Woman did not grind enough excess down. Left nails looking clumpy and clearly not natural looking. Also left polish all around the outer parts of nails just a mess. Will not be back. Definitely a communication barrier.
