The owner of this salon is extremely unprofessional. I went last month for gel colour and even though it took 1hr15mins(!!) which is the longest I have ever had someone take to do a simple gel colour (no art), it lasted 4 weeks so I thought I would go again this month. Except this time, Kim decided to charge me twice as much as the gel colour cost me last month. When I questioned why this was, she immediately started yelling at me and screaming ‘you clients driving me crazy!!!’. I asked her if she could stop yelling, I was simply asking why the different in cost in last month. She kept yelling and screaming over me when I was trying to talk. I also witnessed her treating her staff very poorly, telling them off for not doing things exactly how she would do it, even though I had no issue at

Ms. Kim is the best. She got me in last minute and took her time doing my nails, she’s super precise. Besides that, she’s absolutely lovely and funny. I will be back for sure.

I had an uncomfortable experience at Crystals Nails. Aside from being dissatisfied with the final result, I would likely have rated Kim 2 stars if there had not been an issue with pricing at the end of the service. The color I initially requested was unavailable, but Kim reassured me that an alternative would give a similar look. After applying it to the first finger, it was clear the result was very different, so we switched to another color. This change took approximately 5 minutes. For the first 3 hours of my appointment, the salon was empty, with only one customer arriving near the end. The service took a total of 4 hours.
