I was so relaxed, I was able to fall asleep. That is very unusual for me. My mind is always racing. Alison always gives me the right amount of pressure that my body needs and I am so appreciative. My next appointment is already scheduled with her and I am really looking forward to it.

Had a 90 minute deep tissue massage. Alison assessed my situation and paid close attention to areas needing the most work. Deep tissue massage was perfect. I asked for hard pressure and actually got it! I really appreciated her assessment and recommendations at the end of the massage as well.
