I love this salon, I've now been to both locations. I'm very particular about my hair and appreciate the talent of the stylists. Nate Batty is my go-to and he is phenomenal. Last night he had to cancel but Sarah took over and she also did a great job on my cut. Your new location is fantastic. I appreciate the little cocktail too. Very relaxing and professional. Always an amazing experience at Crop Hair Salon! The staff is incredibly welcoming and professional. My stylist, Shannon, takes the time to listen to exactly what I want and gives expert advice. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the salon is beautifully designed. Prices are reasonable for the level of service provided, making it a great spot for regular visits. Can't recommend CROP enough! Had an issue with their online reservation system and didnt realize my appointment was denied (please make sure you get a confirmation email!) So I showed up on a Sunday right before my BILs wedding and Zobey was at the desk by herself and realizing what happened and my distress, she acted quickly to fit me in before the next scheduled appointment and gave me a beautiful style that didn't look like it only took 20 minutes, ha! I am eternally grateful and would love to send her my complements once again to management for her ability to pivot and produce a beautiful style in a tight timeline and never lost her cool. Also appreciated management's calling to check in the next day and follow up with their reservation tool ways of communication. Thanks again for ever

CROP is always worth the trip! I have been seeing Shannon and Lisa for many years, even before permanently relocating to the Mystic area, and have referred many people looking for a great salon in the area. I have had cuts, highlights (Shannon even worked with me until she found the perfect “Florida blonde” to brighten me up after a long CT winter!), blow outs, and bridal hair done by CROP. Everyone from my husband to my kids, my mom and even my 94 year old grandmother have been happy with their experiences here. The salon is bright and airy, and the location couldn’t be more convenient with easy parking.
