The salon environment is welcoming and relaxing, and Mikaila herself is an absolute artist. She is incredibly patient and attentive, helping me customize the intricate designs I envision. Mikaila truly exceeded my expectations. The final results are always stunning—she nails the shape I want, the color combinations, and designs are absolutely flawless. I have been with Crabtree for almost 6 years!! Liz has always done great by me. She turned my unhealthy nails into beautiful, long, healthy, natural nails.!! I’ve also had my hair done by Jen and was great. My opinion, a fine group of young ladies offering their wonderful skills.!! Highly recommend them for all your beauty needs!!

Brought my five year old in for her first haircut, Briana was so patient and chatty! She made my daughter feel comfortable and like a real princess. We opted for the fairy hair too- and Briana made the process super easy, also explaining how I could remove it if needed. The salon was gorgeous, clean and bright and seems like they offer a lot of services. Would absolutely come back for a mani/pedi too!

First went to this salon for my nails around November and had an amazing experience with Mikaila. Her designs were spot on and the results lasted over 2 weeks. I was so happy with the results I scheduled another appointment for nails 2 days before Christmas. This time I was with Abby and was not impressed. The professionalism was not there in my opinion. She was more interested in everything else happening around her in the salon, rather than focusing on my nails. She smudged a design and had to redo it. Instead of rolling with the punch (which happens, I am reasonable) she let out a huge sigh of frustration. She was also running out of product and kept showing frustration with that too. I first went to Liz about a year or so ago. She started the process of fixing my badly damaged nails due to another nail tech at a local salon. Long story short, she did an amazing job and my nails are healthier than they’ve ever been! She has a beautiful salon and the atmosphere is amazing! I always wanted to try eyelash extensions and Niki does a wonderful job! It’s definitely an experience I would highly recommend!
