Cozy Nail Spa

While on vacation, my husband said I should get my nails done. Not being from the area I wasn’t sure what my experience would be but I chose the Cozy Nail Spa and Ann did a phenomenal job! Very professional and gave me exactly what I showed in the inspo picture. The way she shaped my nails was better than anyone I’ve ever been to. I highly recommend this nail salon! The other staff were very friendly as well. Selfishly, I wish this was near where I live because I would definitely be back! Thanks, Ann :)

Got a gel French manicure. My inspo pic is the one with the black glove, and my result is the one with sidewalk in the background. The nail tech took a lot of care shaping my nails and making sure the polish started at my cuticle line. I appreciated her effort and left a good tip. This was a 3-star experience, but she did a very careful job with painting so close to the cuticle which is why I am leaving 4 stars. The overall experience was just ok, not exceptional. Color isn’t what I asked for, the French tips aren’t perfect, there are spots/bubbles in a few nails, and one nail is noticeably more rounded from the polish application. I had a great experience with the staff, but unfortunately, the quality of the service is why I'm leaving a 1-star review. I got a pedicure and a powder manicure on a Thursday, and by Saturday, three nails had chipped and were lifting. I’ve had powder manicures elsewhere that last 3–4 weeks, so this was really disappointing. I returned on Sunday and scheduled an appointment to have them fixed—something the salon gladly did on Tuesday. But by Thursday, one of the repaired nails was lifting again. This has never happened to me with powder nails at other salons. I specifically choose powder to avoid UV light, but they applied several coats of gel topcoat—defeating the purpose. Young did a fantastic job on my pedicure! Toes looked amazing when she was done, and she had her work cut out for her! Thorough and attentive and well-priced! I got the “Vitamin Spa Pedicure”. Super clean and everyone was very welcoming!
