I moved from Florida to Greenwich in May, every 4 weeks for the last 5 months I have been going to Cozy Nails, and every single time they out do themselves! I always leave the salon super happy and relaxed. They always exceed my expectations. I truly wouldn’t go anywhere else! Everyone is always very welcoming and friendly and eager to assist. I always feel comfortable and looked after! My nails last 4 - 5 weeks with no chips and lifting , and the massages are out of this world ! I highly recommend Cozy Nail and Spa, the best in the business. 😍

Please listen to exactly what people ask for… I said I didn’t want my nails too far past the tip of my finger so they might need to be filed a bit and the next thing I knew my nails have never been shorter to the point that they hurt…. check with the customer before cutting PLEASE

For over 10 years, I've been going every two to three weeks and have never been disappointed. (The nails could last longer I just don’t like long nails so I come often) I always get a spa pedicure and a gel manicure. The staff is incredibly kind, and on the occasions I opt for a design on my nails, it always turns out exactly how I envisioned it.

My experience here last night was a gift of care, precision and empathy. I received exceptional service, including a manicure, spa pedicure and a much needed massage. Each service was personalized for my body and exactly what I needed. Thank you!

"Eileen" was absolutely meticulous with my French manicure. She checked in with me many times to be sure I liked what she was doing. The back/neck massage was INSANELY good. The pedicure was lovely as well. Prices are very reasonable and the staff were lovely. Ill ask for Eileen again in the future bc I really liked her. It was nice to actually chat with her because she was able to understand me and speak back in English. One week later and my pedicure is still going strong. **just went a 2nd time and had the BEST foot massage of my life!!! I added on 10 more minutes bc she was so wonderful!
