Trynity did an amazing job! My hair looks and feels so much better. She even took the time to show me how to use the product I got. Very sweet girl with great customer service.

Very friendly, but gave my 2 year-old-son a haircut that looks like a bowl cut and when I asked if it could be adjusted they said he has a cowlick and so it cannot be adjusted. I wish that could have been discussed before when I was requesting a ‘sweet little boy haircut.’ I definitely could have prioritized getting the old photos over trying to comfort him.

Saw Rachel for the first time and it was the best experience! She is very knowledgeable and educated me on a split-end trim. For some, that might not be a big deal; to me, in my 60 yrs on this planet, it was the first time hearing of such a thing! Typically, they cut quite a bit of length off to get rid of split-ends; not with Rachel doing this cut! Makes a big difference if you're trying to grow your hair out but still want it to look healthy. I will definitely go back to her!

I took my daughter in for a hair trim, she was done in less than 5 minutes and I paid $26 for that. I would at least expect for them to maybe wet it down a little and put some more effort into it than 5 minutes. I can't even tell if they did anything to it.
