Today12/2/25 Im very upset the lady white jaquet very rude not apolite with me ask fir help color for my hair look upset discrimint with me for look latina she look lazy tired i do not understood,why she work there with customer service im frusted take any color and leave please training the employees im customer for many years bad expirience today🥴😵‍💫

Very poor customer service. I walked in to an empty store and right away the employee walks away to the back I'm waiting patiently at the register the whole time and she come out from the back and goes back to unpacking some boxes... When I asked her for a triple 0 Oster blade for my clippers she asked me "what's that? I don't think we have those" I was looking at 2 of them right behind her as she said this. Granted they didn't seem to have any at the time but they should know if they carry them or not

I’ve always had great, helpful customer service here. It is a beauty store for licensed cosmetologist so yes, they cannot sell to you if you are not licensed.

I came in to this store to buy lotion for my self and gel for my husband . the lady ranged me up had said if I had a phone number , for a discount. She said unfortunately because I’m not a “LICENSED” hair person she can not sell me the products .

This store is a gem. I was helped by this young lady named Julia and she was so patient and kind. She answered all my questions and rang me up with a beautiful smile on her face. It totally made my day : ) Ask for her if you land at this store!
