Horrible experience with the woman Janice that was working. She not only questioned me coming in regarding if I was "allowed" to be there, but she continued to follow me all through the store. I felt so uncomfortable. She was following me as if I were a shoplifter. Also, I have dealt with many drug users in my profession...this lady Janice needs to be drug tested before having such a position with the public. I was uncomfortable and very put off by her manner. Will not return if she is the one working.

Past customer for years. Always pick up supplies for my wife. Upon walking in I was harassed by an employee who stopped me at the door asking if I was aloud in. After I was aloud to walk past the door, she stood right behind me and stared. I immediately left. I have never been so insulted. We will be going Charlottesville to supply our salon from here on out . Inexcusable behavior by that employee.
