Sophie was very helpful and made some great suggestions for a new service we are providing at our spa. Her enthusiasm is contagious and was a great start to the week. She should be commended for her customer service. Thank you Sophie!

Good location. Ok selection, but not on top of reordering and stock. Coupons are always a big deal and fine print, they seem to make up as they go. Staff is friendly but a few of them need more professional attire and are a tad confused.

Cosmoprof is supposed to be for “ professionals” only. Meaning you must have a license to shop there, either cosmetology or skin care or barber. Funny thing is how the so called manager is not licensed in any field of the industry. This does not seem right to deny paying customers from shopping there when the stores own employees (manager if you want to call her that) Also the district manager is another uneducated individual in the industry. I find this to be upsetting and extremely wrong! Every person working there should be licensed! Anyway the store is closing down.. the fired the licensed employees less then a year ago and look where it got them.. Closing their doors!!! That’s what they get for their horrific treatment of loyal employees and replacing them with uneducated workers. Tro

I'm sorry but I don't know her name, but the young lady with the light purple hair is such a sweetheart. Very friendly and helpful.

Great staff, always friendly. Store could be stocked better.
