Wednesday @4:20 pm and no one is here. It’s closed during business hours. There’s no sign on the window with any info. I stop here periodically but I try to avoid it as much as possible. The workers here are always rushing me out if I arrive the last 30 min. They’re unhelpful. But this is odd to be closed on a random day? This store is unreliable.

Cosmo Proff # has become a terrible place to shop. They’re always out of stock of everything they never know when they’re going to get anything even if you try to order something it’s not there I don’t know who the district manager is but they need to get a new one.

Cosmoprof has completely gone downhill. They never have anything fully stocked anymore and they’ve closed all but one peninsula location. So now I have to drive all the way up to San Mateo only to not get what I need. They have reps going out to salons now, but I’m not placing an order for 2-3 items and pay for shipping. Honestly thinking about just changing my color line to redken cause at least salon centric keeps full shelves.
