Nicole is AMAZING! My Wahl clippers broke about a month after, she promptly led me to fixing the issue by reaching out to them… they took forever to get back, and so she took the matter into her own hands and solved the issue for me herself. She had communicated with me for months, and always kept customers satisfaction in mind. Thank you so much for saving me, Nicole! You’re the best!

I love this store! They always have all the products I need for my clients. It is always nice to walk into a store and be pleasantly greeted by employees that are eager to help you find everything you need. Absolutely returning for all my supply needs.

Short and simple review, meridel seemed an unhappy associate. Was very rude. I had a very unpleasant experience with her cause I had an exchange to do which was the first time exchanging, anyway I called corporate and complained and no one contacted me back not even the store manager. They care when you spend your money but give you bad experience if you return or exchange.

EXTREMELY RUDE. As a student I have the right to go in and purchase products. The women here were extremely disrespectful not willing to help what so ever. When speaking to a employee there she says “I’m walking away” and storms off. I was willing to resolve it in a calm manner but they just became like vultures in for the attack. DO NOT GO HERE THEYRE RUDE.

Disgusting. The manager and the worker is extremely rude. They are not organized. Constantly loosing products that are on hold. Give you a hard time for small things. Nicole is not a pleasant human being to be around including her close co worker meribel who is all drama and makes problems with customers. Ive seen them scream at people who asking simple questions and heard them talk about thrm terribly when they leave. Very grumpy and just miserable human beings calling people names when they are the bullies. Disgusting.
