The worst in customer service and not knowledgeable of their products. The four girls working there all huddled watching television. They said hello as I entered but then turned back to the TV. I was having trouble finding what I needed and had questions about a product line. No one offered me any assistance. I approached the girls with a question, half did not know, one said nothing and the other gave her opinion as to what I needed. I went to look for that item but could not find it so I went back to the girls and said I don't see the item. Not one of them moved to come help me. One proceeded to tell me where it might be. I had to ask her if she could come help me find it. I could not believe the lack of customer service.

My experience at the store is amazing every time. I can't express how much I love these people especially the manager. He is amazing at his job, no hassle. He does every single customer right. I've never had a problem here.

This store is foolish. You need a license to buy hair conditioner. Anyone can buy this anywhere else. I'll give my money to another business.
