I was immediately greeted with friendliness and warm professionalism. The store is very clean and well-stocked and the salesperson assisting me was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This store is definitely worth a visit!

Big time attitude. Any questions you ask they give you attitude. They are so rude. I tried with two representatives asking questions nicely since I didn’t know. Both of them gave me attitude like why do I not know. So freaking rude

Convenient and clean ... I'm usually in and out kind of hidden off Nicholson lane... I haven't encountered a problem with any associates usually very helpful... if your a professional in the industry obviously I recommend

This store Can’t handle simple orders I ordered Russ 10 number 6. 12 of them They called me and they said they only have 8 of them and they said you have to re-order which is I did and I add number 4 four of them Dan, they said they don’t have number 4 and I asked them do I have to re-order again because I thought they can cancel but the lady she told me she can cancel number four send me number 6. 8of them three hours later I receive number 4. 4 of them And I called him back they said my second order didn’t went through And I asked them simple question then how come I receive number four So long story short, this store is horrible

I recently visited Cosmoprof, and I have to say, Nyasia was amazing. As soon as I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and asked if I needed any help. I was looking for a specific hair care product but wasn’t sure which one would suit my needs. Nyasia took the time to ask me about my hair type, the issues I was experiencing, and what results I was hoping for. so sweet!
