Satin Smooth was advertised as BOGO. I went to the CosmoProf located on San Jose earlier this week, but they only had one of the particular type I wanted. The rep called the Regency location to hold two for me. I specifically asked her if they will honor the same deal. She said yes. I went to the Regency location today and they had both of the same type of wax. Went to check out. It did not ring up as BOGO. The sign specifically states: Satin Smooth Buy 1 Get 1 free. 14 oz Pot Wax VARIOUS SKUS. The rep made a call to someone stating the same confusion. The person she was talking to DID NOT want to honor the sale, even though it says VARIOUS SKUS, not SELECTED SKUS. San Jose location was going to honor it, so why not this location?? Staff is extremely unwelcoming and rude the last 3 visits I’ve been in. Not helpful, act like it’s a burden when you ask for a suggestion. Will be going out the way to salon centric from now on. Even Sally’s is a better atmosphere than what they’ve created there.

Friendly staff. Great supplies for what Professionals need.

No Customer service. DON’T bother.

The Regency location has TOP NOTCH customer service! I had an issue with my new CosmoProf/Sally's Reward credit card not giving me the 3% discount. After speaking to customer service on the back of the card, I was not happy with the representative's uncaring attitude. She provided me the options to get the 3% but could not explain why it happened nor confirm that it would not happen in the future. After contacting the store where I made the purchase, I explained to Stephanie what the customer service rep directed me to do and she was so apologetic for my experience and advised they would take care of me when I got to the store. Before I could leave, Stephanie called me back and advised that her manager, Andrea was on the phone with card services customer services to find out why my issu
