The store manager is the most kind and helpful person! She has the most impressive product knowledge of everything in the store. This is my favorite place to buy beauty supplies for my nail salon.

Horrible store- management is terrible. shantè is a rude woman, can barely lift her head to say hello. Youd think being in the beauty industry you would present yourself in a clean manner, she looks like she rolled out of bed.

Unpleasant store, rude management. No “Hi” no “By”. Couldn’t answer any questions , no product knowledge, talking “down “ to you. Disappointing.. go to the Newinghton store!!!! Much happier people working there! I hope something will change soon in that location!
