Whoever is working at the checkout on Friday in the morning she’s younger with dark hair, she is so sweet and adorable!! Complimented me and was just so nice! Obsessed with her 💗

I have no idea why this Cosmo prof has such a little rating, my experience with this store has been nothing but great every single time I went in here. They also will do their best to find you any product that is not on the shelf. They will go through boxes. They are just so dang helpful. Alisa specifically was amazing! Stop blaming the stores for the stock problems. They constantly order what they need. It is at that point beyond their control. Stop being bullies on Google reviews. Again, 5 out of 5 every time

Usually come here to stock up, but last Saturday I showed up at 8:45am and they open at 8. The girl in there saw me waved but wouldn't unlock the door, I understand if it's outside of hours but this was 45 AFTER opening on a very busy day. I ended up having to run to a different supply store and was late for my client. Super frustrated and I will now thunk twice before coming to this location, even if it is conveniently located

this was the most awful experience with costumer service i’ve ever had, i got there at 3:58 right before it closed. I understand it’s inconvenient right then but technically i was still in the open store. The girl ran up to the door to lock it right before i walked in. With how ridiculous it was and the customers still in her store, she let me in. with THE worst attitude. She kept rolling her eyes at me and saying the rudest stuff to me. The nice lady who checked me out tried to make me feel better about the situation, while the manager who locked the door on me was hovering over her shoulder in the rudest way. I got what i needed for cosmetology school and I will be going again, hopefully it is better.

They hardly ever have nail products stocked. I understand that it’s meant to be a store that specializes in hair products but if you can’t keep your nail supplies stocked, why have them? Employees are always nice though.
