I had a good experience overall. I met a woman who really educated me on nail files, which I appreciated as a professional. The ladies in the store were pleasant and welcoming. This was my first visit. I hadn’t heard of this location before— but I’m excited to shop around more. The store does feel a little dated, but the customer service made up for it.

Store is always stocked with the products I need and employees are friendly and helpful every time I’m in.

They are always clean and professional at this location. They are very good at calling you and offering promotions. This is a great location for your salon needs.

Was here today to do some maintenance in the unit and the nice lady who let me in was very accommodating and pleasant. She seemed very knowledgeable and helpful to the clients that where in the store at the time. It’s nice to see a true professional at work

They only sell to licensed hairdressers...but they let us walk around for almost a half an hour and then at the register said it says that on the door. It only says "welcome..." not the word "only" sells to or anything like that. So...I am sure they are ok for licensed professionals and they seem friendly enough but don't waste your time like we did. Their sister store is Sally but half the time they are out of the things we buy....so...use the internet instead.
