They are always so kind and easy to book with! All of their nail techs are wonderful and have done such a good job with my nails. I absolutely love going to Helen. She does an amazing job!!!!

They were incredibly nice and even took me in as a walk in close to close and I cant thank that enough! They came out so amazing and I am in love with my nails. Took one pic for inspo and made it fit me ❤️ I couldn't be anymore impressed will deffenitly be going back!

Awful experience — would not recommend. My nail tech kept getting up and walking away throughout my appointment, which already made the service feel rushed and unprofessional. She never asked how short I wanted my nails for my fill, and left them much longer than I wanted. The gel was not cured properly, which resulted in noticeable bumps, and she didn’t apply enough coats of color for how light the shade I chose was. The color looks uneven and unfinished. On top of that, the design was not what I asked for. She put it on a completely different finger because she messed up the pink polish and got it all over my hand. Overall, the service was sloppy and disappointing, especially for the price. I am very unhappy with the results and am requesting a refund.

I’ve been going to Cool Nails for a little over two years now. I usually see Kathy or Helen for my nails and they always do a phenomenal job! Look how cute these turned out today!! 💅

My best friend referred me to Cool Nails & I am very thankful that she did. All the employees are very kind & their performance & dedication is exceptional. The amazing lady who did my beautiful Cucumber-melon detox/French pedicure massaged my feet very well. My feet & legs had a lot of relief from tension when left & she made me laugh the entire time. I was Alexa’s last client of the evening for full set. She took her time & was very precise. Beautiful salon, beautiful people. I will be back!!
