Complexions Spa for Beauty & Wellness

This past Monday was my first time visiting Complexions, and I had a 60-min shea butter drizzle relaxation massage by Teresa. She was excellent, and my only regret was not booking for 90 minutes, because I didn't want it to end. She did an amazing job, and I left there feeling both relaxed and rejuvenated physically, mentally and emotionally. Total bliss! The entire spa is so beautiful and inviting, I had to make myself leave. I can't wait to book my next massage with Teresa, and this time it will definitely be for 90 minutes! I had a balayage with Morgan (at the Saratoga Springs location) last Sunday and it is the best haircolor I have ever had!! It looks so natural and even throughout my hair. I can’t thank her enough for doing such a wonderful job. Morgan is very sweet and so personable. I would recommend her to anyone! Also thanks to my daughter Emily, for recommending her to me!!

Amazing spa. I like how clean and comfortable it is. The only thing that is missing is a cold plunge or something- you cant really do the sauna and steam room the right way without a cold cycle so I went and stood out in the snow. Maybe people use the shower for the cold part but it was broken. Otherwise, really just what I expected from a spa with a bit of luxury.

Love complexions, have been coming here for years but received the membership for Christmas and I’ve realized that they have so much to offer! My massages have been amazing, Coral is wonderful. Excited to try new things here. Super friendly staff and always a calming clean environment.

I had my first ever facial with Brooke and it was phenomenal! I fell asleep. She told me all about my skin and what to do to help with that I was worried about. I can not wait to come back and hopefully add a massage too.
