After searching for a new hair salon for a while with no success due to appointment availability and prices, I came across with Color Block Salon and I'm so glad I found this salon! no only they have amazing availability but also great pricess. I wanted to get a balayage and OMG I couldn't be more happy, John is an expert and both John and Linh are absolutely amazing and super friendly! The whole appointment was absolutely amazing. I was able to book an appointment super fast, John and Linh are super friendly, we had an awesome conversation during whole appointment and they made me feel so comfortable. My hair came out excatly how I wanted and I couldn't be more happy! Color Block is my new salon for sure. I'll 100% recommend this salon! Best hair salon in the inner sunset

I had an amazing experience at ColorBlock Salon! From the moment I walked in, until I checked out, I was treated with amazing hospitality and kindness. John was amazing and extremely gentle when handling my hair and Lin was sweet, offering me coffee and snacks. I came in and have always difficulty with finding a stylist who would be able to handle my difficult hair. Last time I asked someone to style it, it was 3 colors. This time, the end result is a dream, and I cannot recommend them more! I highly recommend color correction! Will 100% come back.

Linh and Jon are amazing!!! I have really thick asian hair so I wanted to find a hairstylist familiar with that for my balayage. Jon is AMAZING, his balayage made me audibly gasp when I saw the results in the mirror. He was great about educating me about the realistic color I'll get from the balayage and it came out so beautifully, I still get compliments months later! Linh is equally as amazing at manicures and pedicures, her attention to detail and care shows up in every nail. I got a regular manicure and a gel manicure and both came out flawlessly. She shaped my nails so well and painted them with expertise. My nail polish lasted so long because of her hard work. They are both very friendly and love to chat. They are my go-to people now for any self care day.

Linh and John squeezed me in last minute today and did such an incredible job doing what I had envisioned! My dark brown hair is soooo beautifully ombre-lightened (bleached) on the tips, and it was so nice chatting with both of them. Go to Color Block for hair color!

I’ve had my hair done by several stylists over the years but no service compares to that of John and Linh at Color Block. I’ve gotten my hair done with them three times now and of all those times I’ve always walked out of the salon feeling amazing and pleased with the results. The first time I came around, I had gotten a hair cut and consultation for my hair color. For the second appointment John did a root touch up on an at home bleach job as well as freshen up the red burgundy color I had. He did great at blending my colors and toning the parts I had left uneven. For my third most recent appointment John and Linh were able to accommodate me at short notice so I was super grateful for that.
