Went in knowing I wanted to start getting my hair back to the natural dark blonde, but wasn't prepared for how stunning and still natural Stella's work would be. My wedding is in just three months and I will ONLY book with her now. So grateful

Today I came in for my first haircut at this salon, and I’m honestly so impressed! Aric was absolutely amazing - professional, attentive, and incredibly talented. He really listened to what I wanted and made it even better than I imagined. The haircut is perfection, I’m obsessed with how it turned out! And his hands - pure magic! It genuinely felt like I was getting a head spa treatment, so relaxing. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and so happy with the result. I’ll definitely be coming back to Aric from now on!

They truly did wonders for my hair! Not so much for my bank account though... Although I am extremely happy with my results, unfortunately the price is way too steep, for me personally 😞 However, if you can afford it they really did do a fantastic job and I love it 🫶

I had a great experience with Kara at the salon in the Castro for a haircut, which is why I was excited to return and make this my regular spot. Unfortunately, after a negative phone interaction with the man handling administration, I feel differently. I booked a haircut online two days in advance but later realized I had accidentally scheduled it for Tuesday instead of Wednesday. The following day—more than 24 hours before the appointment—I called and left a message through the automated system requesting to reschedule to Wednesday. I called again the next morning (still before the appointment time), reached the same automated system, and left another message asking to reschedule. Aric was wonderful - honest but not pushy, provided science-backed information, thoughtful, and friendly. Listened to my goals and concerns and provided helpful suggestions. Gave me a wonderful haircut and blowout. Can't wait to come back in a few months.
