Customer Reviews
Great Spa but underwhelming service experience. The manager was kind and attentive. She was always a constant good experience, some staff however were not. Prioritizing walk ins over appointments, attempting to cut down a full service you paid for were some of the things I didn’t like. They had a great color collection, high quality polish. The services were long and thorough, you received the full experience. Unfortunately the bad experience with the 1 staff member and it being further and more expensive than any other salons; is the reason I left. I would return and recommend if in the nearby area or wanting to splurge.
I recently visited this nail salon for the first time, and unfortunately, I can't recommend it. I'm really disappointed with the results. I asked for extensions with dip powder, but the nails turned out bulky, and the shape isn't what I wanted. I also felt uneasy with the salon environment. When I showed my nails to friends and family, they were all surprised at how poorly they looked. They also took so much time, left with back pain.
I absolutely love this place! Highly recommend! I’m always greeted by name and truly feel like part of the family. Elsa is so kind and friendly, and Luz does my pedicure every time—she’s wonderful, takes her time, and always does an amazing job. Nancy and Michelle are fantastic as well—my gel manicures are always perfect, and their massages are the best! Thank you all for making every visit so special!
Please don’t go there. My nail has broke off on the 4th day. I came back there, they have fixed it. Now, I have some kind of infection in my finger!!! That’s crazy. I think they don’t even clean their tools. and the same acrylic nail almost broke again! I have been doing acrylic nails for 2 years in a different place and it never broke off. The manicurist did a lot of cuts to me! (5 cuts)The process was painful. And it did take a long time. I will never go back there again. All they can say is just sorry. 0 starts. Don’t go there if you value your health. Update: One nail just came off. I had the infection in my finger and had to go to the pharmacy to buy the pills. I don’t think that they certified salon, they don’t know what they are doing. The WORSt place ever!!!!!!!!
Had a horrible experience. My nails looked bad, had to go the next day to another nail salon and get them fixed. Do not recommend!
