Great customer service and so welcoming here, i loved my experience and will definitely be going again the lady that did my nails did such a good job and was so kind and sweet, i didnt have cash so i couldn’t give a tip but tried to go back to give her one but it was closed. lol love it there and they do excellent jobs at nails

Started going to Coco Nails two years ago when I was living in Evanston for grad school. I’ve always had a great experience (service, quality, clean and relaxing atmosphere) regardless of nail technician. I moved back to Chicago 1 year ago and I still travel up to Wilmette to go to Coco Nails because I can’t find another place that is as good and that I trust! I recently went in for my wedding manicure and got a Gel manicure and Regular pedicure (both Ballet Slippers). I guess Gel polish can come out slightly different than Regular Polish and the nail technician knew this so he combined a few coats of Ballet Slippers with 1 coat of Lisbon wants Moor in order to match the Gel polish in my manicure to the Regular polish in my toes. The actual skill level is very good and the polish was applied nicely, but I drove out here for the beautiful decor and was expecting service to match; but instead was not greeted and the job felt very rushed. They were done within 30 minutes on a service that usually takes about an hour with a complete massage that didn't happen at all. This place has great potential with a little more attention to customer service. If you are looking for a QUICK quality polish this is the spot.

Great service and results! Very busy but everyone in our group felt pampered. Wonderful spot - I’m going to be another of their regulars!
