I recently got a perm done here, and it was one of the most damaging experiences I’ve ever had with my hair. The perm completely ruined my curl pattern, left my hair extremely dry and frizzy, and caused breakage to the point where my hair is now falling out. I trusted the stylist to assess my hair and let me know if a perm was safe, but that clearly did not happen. Instead of getting soft curls, I ended up with severe chemical damage that I am now trying to repair with treatments and trims. I strongly recommend NOT getting a perm at this salon. If you care about the health of your hair, please go somewhere else where they take the time to evaluate your hair properly, explain the risks, and prioritize its condition before performing a chemical service. I had such a nice experience at this salon. Everyone that worked here was welcoming and friendly, and my stylist Melanie was really sweet and did an amazing job! She listened to what I wanted and talked through different approaches we could take with my hair (going from dark brunette to lighter with highlights). The end result was beautiful and I have received so many compliments. I already have another appointment booked for our next round of highlights. Happy to have found such a skillful stylist and beautiful salon!

I have been a client of this location for over 2 years. Color, blowouts, hair styles, and my most recent service Keratin treatment. It doesn’t matter what I get done, it is always an awesome experience. Front desk people are awesome, my hair stylist, Dasity is just the best. I always walk out of this place feeling 100%

Very nice experience from start to finish; from the coffee to the cut to the Styling. The staff are personable and professional. I was even offered a rain cap to protect my 'do, as a snow squall spun up during my appointment, threatening my blowout.
