I had the most amazing experience at Spa Nail City thanks to Ruth and Emma! From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. Ruth is absolutely fantastic she takes her time, listens carefully to what you want, and makes sure everything looks perfect. Her precision and care truly stand out. Emma is just as wonderful so kind, talented, and meticulous. You can tell they both genuinely care about their clients and love what they do. The salon was spotless, relaxing, and had such a positive atmosphere. My nails turned out flawless honestly better than I imagined! I’ve received so many compliments already. I came in for a pedicure. I can cut my own toe nails. I mainly come in for the massage. I told them the better the massage, the better I tip. They asked me if 15 minutes (7ish minutes per leg) for a massage was good. I said yes. I kind of knew there that they were going to charge me for it. Yup, it turns out a pedicure here means you just get a glorified toe nail clipping. You have to pay $20 extra for a 15-minute massage. I've never been to a place that charged me for a massage, and I won't be back to this place. ...And now my lady just finished with her manicure with French tips. There are bubbles, and they're uneven. Both of us won't be back.

Best nail salon I’ve been to in the area! The service was outstanding, they were able to take me in last minute, and they were all so kind throughout the entire session! Ari did such an amazing job on my nails, I told her I wanted to keep it natural looking and that’s exactly what they did. I love that their salon is mindful to avoid harsh chemicals in their products too. The entire salon was so clean, sanitary, bright, and welcoming. They offer all their customers a beverage, and provide exceptional service from when you walk in, all the way to when you’re walking out the door. They have a new regular!

First time going here. Got a gel x mani and if you’ve had gelx before you know that you can choose your length and shape. She only had one option and didn’t even offer any others. The process was also not done correctly which is why one has already popped off 4 days later. Never had that happen.
